BenTek Group was founded in 2005 by Telecom and Internet veterans to address challenges in vertical areas of those sectors.

BenTek Group is an investment, holding and management Group for companies operating in :

1. BenTek T.I.M.E – Business Unit dealing with BenTek Objectives in the T.elecom, I.nternet, M.edia and E.tertainment business.
2. BenTek Life – Business Unit dealing with BenTek Objectives in the Life Sciences area including but not limited to Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment and Cosmetics.
3. BenTek PEVC – New formation addressing business investments
4. Ottoman Advisory Services – Business Unit addressing the requirements in the
Ottoman region regarding Private Placements, IPO advisory and M&As.
