BenTek PEVC started its activity in April 2011. As BenTek T.I.M.E being extremely active by conducting businesses around the world and creating value for its partner, BenTek PEVC business unit was established as an investment arm of BenTek Group to further enhance value to companies fully or partially owned by BenTek Group.

BenTek PEVC maintains a deal-flow with specific focus on T.I.M.E based ventures. The deal-flow maturity may range from incubation or early stage up to early or late revenue stages.

Aiming at value creating; apart from taking active positions in portfolio companies board of directors, BenTek PEVC partners are heavily involved with its portfolio companies by providing assistance in business plan creation, fine tuning marketing strategies, conducting necessary business development services and providing in-house accounting, legal and finance consulting services.
